Acura #6 Yep, it's my 6th Acura from the great folks at Gunn Acura. Obviously I'm biased now but I think their customer service is excellent. This time Brady, Will, and Moe did their level best to get me into the RDX I wanted at the lease price I needed. (Thanks!) And Will was so patient with my all questions...as if I was a first time Acura buyer. I appreciated that! And I can't forget the terrific service support I have gotten from Charles. A class act at Gunn Acura!

Nice Experience Buying TXL Tony Alvarez was my sales guy and he has lots of knowledge on the TXL car I was buying. He spent a lot of time explaining the features of the car and helping me set up my new car for me. Since this is my first Acura, I appreciated that.

Awesome leasing experience This is my third car from Gunn Acura and every experience has been awesome. Moe was awesome at listening and meeting my leasing price point. He had all of my paperwork, numbers, and vehicles ready for signature and test driving. I never feel pressure when I go to Gunn Acura and Moe and Will were great at ensuring that my experience was a pleasant. Thank you I love my 2106 TLX

Wonderful Service and People First of all, let me say I love my 2012 Acura TL! The dealership awesome and professional. My sales experience was very laid back, Frank was patient and knowledgeable, smooth buying of the car. He even sends a birthday email occasionally which is nice. The service department is exceptional. I had Judy for a short period of time, she was great. My current Service Advisor since then has been Charles. Judy is a Super Star! Judy Pritchett is the ONLY Service Manager in my opinion. Ever since Pat Enriquez unceremoniously disappeared, Judy is the only Service Manager that is comparable to Pat in terms of customer service. She's personable, efficient and thorough, and doesn't try to upsale us with stuff we don't need and keeps service costs reasonable. We've had some interactions with a couple of the other current Service Managers and let's just say, if Judy isn't available, we'll likely trek to Austin to service our cars.

Efficient and professional Carla was professional and helpful during the maintenance of my RDX. She quickly checked me in, gave me useful information and asked pertinent questions. Service was timely and excellent. I will continue to bring my RDX for maintenance checks.
