How it should be! My MDX is 10+ years old, but has only 91K miles. I bought it new here and all my service has been done by Gunn. I have always been treated fairly, and any service problems were attended to properly and promptly. I think the head of the Service Department, Mr. Long, runs a tight ship. I've had a driver's license for 60 years and can say without equivocation that this dealership, Gunn Acura, is the best automobile dealership I've ever dealt with.
Javier = customer service! I had my TLX in with the Gunn team for some repairs and Javier kept me updated every step of the way. We encountered slight delay, but Javier kept me informed as he received information from his team. If I had not heard from him, I would have started complaining under my breath. Perfect Window Tint GUNN did a perfect job in tinting our ILX. It looks as good as the factory tint that I have on my RDX. They did it the same day that I brought it in.
Sales Consultant Steven Boswell Mr. Boswell is very professional, knows his products, and explains the important features. After sales follow up shows he and the dealership are concerned that the buying experience works for everyone and customer satisfaction is very important.
Friendly, efficient, and quick Carla did a tremendous job of my most recent service visit. I was concerned about the cost of replacing my left front blinker, which involves quite a bit of labor these days. The cost was surprisingly reasonable. I needed an alignment, and they took care of that for me, too. Carla welcomed me as soon as I drive in, she called and filled me in during the service, called when service was complete, and met me when I arrived to pick up my car. A1 vehicle maintenance, a long time coming I called a week before and also requested a rental. I spoke with Charles in the service department. He was professional, knowledgable and very accommodating. I wanted to have my air bag replaced due to the recall. He scheduled my vehicle for the maintenance, the air bag replacement recall and reserved a rental car for me. He sent me a reminder the day before.
