Routine maintenance and recall Fast and easy service. They told me in advance they would keep it overnight to order a part for the recall. Had a loaner car for me. Car was fixed at the promised time and the price for the maintenance work was what they quoted. Everything was smooth and they were wearing masks.

Efficient, considerate, and professional I called and spoke with an empathetic gentleman who was able to get me an appointment quickly. When I arrived, the team was very considerate of my time and situation. They took care of my vehicle and got me out quickly.
Excellent Customer Service the issue with my 2017 MDX key fob was corrected quickly. Jamal was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress. His team jumped on the issue and restored the key fob to normal operation. and the customer waiting area was a safe environment, so Kudos to Gunn Acura.
Fast service They were quick to get me in for service and got me out quickly. I did request a loaner vehicle but they had none so I had to wait. I also schedule an appointment to have some warranty items repaired but was informed they could not do the work the day I showed up for my appointment so I was a little annoyed by that.
Service Got me in same day . Offered me a discount and washed / vacuumed my vehicle in under 1.5 hours
