SERVICE DEPARTMENT-New to the area, 1st time there. Had an appt. and dropped my MDX off at 0800 and they did not even look at it until the afternoon of the next day. I had to call to try to find out what what going on with my car and they made excuses and told me it was being evaluated when it was clear it was not at that time. Michelle F. Is the bomb!! My experience with Michelle began many months before I actually bought our Acura. We had discussions about what I wanted in a new deal and she was very open about Gunn could and couldn’t do. Her candor is what drew me back to Gunn and the purchase of our new Acura RDX.
