Gunn service department is attentive to car maintenance. Our service person this time was good and courteous. In the past few times service person has been not the most customer friendly. When we purchased at Gunn we were told there would be loaner car availability during service. That was available in the beginning of our services but has not been available for several years which is disappointing. Professionalism was good this time. Professionalism In service department has been on the decline in recent years.

Awesome team, very professional and friendly. I took my car for the regular maintenance. The service was done so quickly. I even got my car washed and vacuumed. Thanks Gunn Acura team

This is the dealership where I purchased my MDX. I go there as much as I can to get maintenance performed. I was greeted this day as soon as I drove up to the service department. JT was very friendly and helpful. He gave me details of the maintenance to be performed. He gave me a timeline of when my car would be ready and times he would be following up with me. He did exactly what he said he would do. My car was ready the time he said it would be. They also cleaned and washed my car. It looked great and running well again.
