I was greeted right away and my SUV was taken quickly to get an oil change. The service was done fast and they returned it to me washed and clean!

Called the day before my service and spoke to JT. He was his usual friendly self and quickly arranged an appointment for me the following day. JT was off work when I arrived the next day but Jose was there to help me. As usual, he was polite, friendly, efficient, and quick. Explained what work was going to be done and how long it would take. Gave me updates while I waited. Everything went as promised. Excellent job by JT and Jose! Thanks!

All the staff were outstanding in their handling of the purchase detail and dealing with questions I had. Each department explained their role(s) before, during, and after the sale. No pressure! A great experience.

Efficient, complete, timely, friendly and superior quality all represent my service experience at Gunn Acura. Have always received excellent service here. They are very thorough in covering all that needs to be done. Also pretty accurate in estimating how long the work will take so that I can plan accordingly. Very friendly staff.
