I purchased a used car from Gunn Acura, salesman A. J Arreola, the purchase went smoothly and he even delivered the car to my home at my request. The problems started with after the sale customer service, after waiting 22 days I emailed him asking if my registration was in as I was just transferring my plates from my trade in. No reply. On Monday this week I called and the receptionist was very nice and said I will mail it out today (Monday)---by Thursday it still did not come so I emailed AJ again and he actually answered, ... read more

Fantastic service department every visit from an unscheduled appointment to a regular maintenance visit. Each person has been courteous , efficient, and knowledgeable. Morale and work ethic is outstanding.
