Absolutely horrific experience. The service manager actually walked away from me. Dishonest and rude staff minus a few. I will never buy an Acura again. I paid $1,700 for 100,000 mile servicing only to have to bring it back in multiple times the next few weeks after for problems they caused and lied about. I spent a ton more money out of my pocket, and I was treated with complete disrespect. I left a message for the delearship manager who is unable to speak due to travel.

Great customer service and not too long of a wait time. Agent was always keeping me informed of all service work needed for my vehicle.

My B1 service went very well! It was a pleasure to talk to Joshua Rice, the Assistant Service Director. He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable as always. My RDX was completed earlier than expected for which I was grateful. Jose, my Service Advisor also did a great job.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Jessie James, he was great, work was completed timely.

I own an 2019 Acura RDX that has been having problems with the infotainment screen freezing and just other weird problems. I scheduled a service with the dealership back in May and took a day off from work. I received a call the morning I was taking the car in and was told my appointment was canceled due to a lack of loaner cars. I said that I would wait for the car as it was only supposed to be a 2 to 3 hour job. They told me no that I would have to reschedule for the first week of June. Everyone in service department were very friendly and helpful they help each other to ensure customer satisfaction is always available. Since Brandon service advisor was not able to accept my car at the time I got there, other service advisor help him out. Kept me informed all the time. Awesome staff

Brandon in service is always very helpful. Battery replaced and oil change service performed. I’ll keep brining may car back here. Great job guys.
