Usually don’t have a problem here for service but I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. Never saw the person I made an appointment with and had to hunt down someone for an update after 90 minutes. Here’s a tip don’t take appointments if you are already at the max appointments for the day AND the service should be free or discounted if you can’t honor the appointment!! 😡😡😡

Great customer service! Jesse was very nice and professional! He kept me updated with the status of my service. The waiting area was clean with good Covid prevention measures. Snacks are routinely checked and refilled.

I have visited this location many times and the service department has proven to be unreliable. I have all service on my vehicle performed here at Gunn. During this visit, I brought my vehicle in to check the oil. The service woman, Carla, told me that the vehicle was burning too much oil but could not provide an explanation. The diagnostic vehicle “scan” was normal. When pressed for more information she stated that the car should not give me trouble but an engine replacement would remedy the oil problem and also directed me... read more
Thank you Gunn service department for such expedited service on my Acura RDX and informing me about Acura’s tow delivery and return policy. My battery died and had to be towed to San Antonio from Portland Tx to replace battery since San Antonio was closest dealership. And it was towed back to Portland at no cost to us 👍
