The personnel were attentive, courteous, and quick to respond to my questions. My car was done before I knew it. Overall great service. Friendly and welcoming.

I love this dealership. From sales to services, it is all good! Everyone is so courteous and friendly. I especially want to say thank you to Carla my service rep. she is an outstanding employee and I always ask for her! She's a keeper, so hold on to her!

Issues we had previously submitted were cordially addressed and resolved after visiting with Joshua Rice. We are very pleased with Joshua’s intervention to address our concerns, he offered his services in the future should we ever experience any problems. Josh has restored our confidence in Gunn Acura.

Where do I begin...made the appointment for 8am and showed up 30 minutes early. They were quick to get started and the service manager was efficient and communicative with me. Where it all started to go wrong was the news I needed new brakes. I asked them to write up a quote and I would review and come back another time. They completed oil change and alignment in 3 hours and I went to pay. They did not apply the oil change coupon so they had to rerun the invoice.
