I purchased a new Integra from Acura Columbus. Ryker, the sales agent, was easy to deal with, communicative, and invested time in my search for the right car. After I committed to the purchase he communicated regularly from the car's build through delivery, and helped me take delivery in a very timely manner. Jeff in finance was also easy to deal with.

We have had trouble with our 2023 Acura MDX Type S from the beginning. Two months into ownership, the fuel pump went out and it would quit running. The dealership had it for 3 months while waiting for a part and instead of my new car, I drove a loaner. Several other issues have came up and the dealership would fix them. However, the service manager retired and new management has taken over.
