As a person who works on cars and too lazy to do an oil change. Do not come here!!! Service advisor tried to sell me work without technicians looking at my car. Luckily I’m knowledgeable on cars. They aren’t honest at all

Asked them to check battery cables as one had come loose twice Left after service and car completely shut down on expressway was able to get off out of traffic. Called and someone came and put “adapter” on connection. He couldn’t explain why this wasn’t done during service. That was only reason I gave yes I would recommend dealer. Be glad to have someone call me on this

The customer service from Brandon was great! They were very informative explaining every maintenance action before starting service. I would recommend Gunn to all Acura owners.

Windshield on our 2019 RDX Advance cracked when struck by a rock on highway. Notified dealer and they ordered a replacement. Dropped car off and received a loaner. Picked up our car the next day. Installation looks perfect. Registration and a second sticker were transferred to new windshield and windshield sensor/camera works fine. Dale Thames was our service manager, and the service was excellent as always.
