Excellent in all ways I had to replace a totaled MDX. I immediately wanted another MDX, but I had to purchase on short notice. Erik Schwartz was very aggressive in finding the car I wanted on short notice. He was helpful in every way and even delivered the car to my home. We love the car and Erik and will likely purchase another one from him - hopefully not for the same reason as this one. (Note: AcuraLink was amazing when the wreck happened. It is one of the reasons I wanted another MDX.)

Disappointed After the purchase paperwork was finished, Acura said they would detail my car, do an alignment and look at the speaker in my drivers side dior; I did not have time to wait that day for it to be done. I was told it would get done as soon as a loaner car was available. I had to keep texting and calling my salesman and he finally came through and came to my work to pick up car to do the alignment, check the front left speaker as it sounds blown and to detail my car. Doesn't go the extra mile and unmindful Service associate was unmindful on the request I made when dropping off the car for service. Also on the follow up call a week out he still was still negligent on my request. I’m still waiting on a follow up from this associate.

Good experience Sales guy Steve was good. Very knowledgabe on the mdx and steered my wife to the model that made sense for her. No high pressure stuff. Finance guy was good. Did his sales pitch on the warranty and gap but no high pressure stuff. They got us a 1000 tint blue steel package for just the cost of taxes on it. All good and happy with our purchase

Excellent Dealership We've purchased 3 cars from Gunn Acura. We use the service dept. for all maintenance and repairs. The experiences are always excellent and far exceed other dealerships in terms of customer service and communication.

Excellent Experience I recently purchased a 2018 Acura RDX, but most importantly, I purchased it from Gunn Acura in San Antonio, TX. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Steven Boswell, Peter Holloway, Ali Zibakalam, and Ed Baty, the General Manager. Ed called me personally to follow up on a vehicle I was interested in. Attentive and Accommodating Sales Representative Tony Alvarez made this car-buying experience a pleasure! Great price-great experience All initial business was.conducted via email. Very smooth, very successful inct, very advantageous towaRd the customer. This experience continued on the phone and at the dealership. It was the least stressful of the 27 new vehicles I have purchased in my life.
