We’ve always had wonderful service with Gunn. It’s easy to make an online appointment, no waiting around until a service rep acknowledges you, great waiting area, and your service rep keeps you abreast of what’s happening with your car and how much longer before the car is ready.

The service department is top notch. My maintainance was completed quickly and they give a ride the the store while waiting for the work to be completed.

Great service from service advisor Roland Pompa he’s a great employee he’s all tens in my book. He gives the customer the attention need for them and their vehicle plus he knows the I. And outs of the vehicle and looks for the best service and prices for the customer. Service provider Jesse James was excellent. He was very professional, kept me updated regarding the status of my vehicle and he explained what was found Before doing any additional work. My car was treated w respect while in the mechanic’s care and returned to me clean.
