Dishonest dealer Be careful. Finance tried to tell me that if I didn't buy the extended warranty, the Bank would charge me 2 points more. Of course it was a lie. When I came back the next day to decline the extended warranty and ask them to show me evidence of the Bank asking for a higher interest rate if the warranty wasn't bought, the finance person Joe L. became very angry and unprofessional. Anyway, I wrote Gunn a formal letter, but they didn't even acknowledged it. Don't buy from these guys.

The body shop is awesome. Unfortunately had to be there x2 and both times body work and paint done perfectly.
After they get your money, they don't give a hoot – I bought my first new car from Gunn Acura. As a potential customer, I was treated wonderfully. As soon as I rolled my car off the lot, they considered themselves done with me. During the test drives, I had noticed some static over the radio stations. When I mentioned it to the salesman, he advised that it was likely something minor with the anteanna and that they'd get it working correctly right away.
