Gunn Acura provides excellent service. Work is done timely. The service department provides updates so you know how the work is progressing. They also alert you if they spot troubling issues, especially if it may be a safety concern. Above all, the personnel are professional, courteous and friendly.

As usual, my Service Advisor, JT, gave me great service! He was helpful and professional. Did a fine job of explaining what work would be done, how long it would take, and what the cost would be. Also good to see Joshua Rice, the Assistant Service Director. He’s always helpful and engaged.

My service manager was excellent. It took almost three months to get a loaner though which was a terribly long wait. The problem I took the car in for wasn’t fixed. The service manager said the service director said they couldn’t do anything to fix the noise because they didn’t know what the noise was and it wasn’t loud enough to be of concern. That was an upsetting response and it’s making me reconsider buying from that dealer again.

July 9th I went in for my scheduled car service and Mason Pace greeted me kindly upon arrival and made sure everything was taken care of for my vehicle service so I was very satisfied in the end as well as when he reached out a few days later to make sure everything with my vehicle was still going well after my scheduled service so I was very appreciative for that!! So far I've had no problems whenever I've gotten a service done and hope it stays that way always!!
