We just purchased a certified pre-owned Acura over the weekend. It was such a pleasure working with Daniel. He was very professional, knowledgable about the car and made the process so easy for us. We had purchased 2 new Acuras from this dealership about 12 years ago, and the process was great back then as well. The customer service here is excellent and no high pressure tactics. If you are looking for a new or used car stop buy Acura of Dublin. Ask for Mike shay. His light hearted manner and willingness to help made for a good sales experience. The overall dealership sales routine wasn't too bad. Based on my experience 4/5. Hope others can find a good car buying experience.
