I really struggled with working in my recalls due to scheduling, living too far away, no loaners, etc I just kept putting them off letter after letter! The Gunn Acura service department did another outstanding job! My RDX needed major brake and suspension work. Once again, my service advisor, John Thomas, did an excellent job! Great experience with this Acura dealership and my service representative, Brandon! I brought my MDX in for a diagnostic check, priority need was an oil change only and it was turned around the next day. He added a special discount he found available to my final invoice, saving me a lot of money. Thank you Brandon! I’ll be back again.
