Another excellent experience at Gunn Acura! I had to bring my 2020 TLX to the Service Department for engine warranty work. My service advisor, JT, did a wonderful job of walking me through the entire process which included a loaner car. Everything went smoothly due to JT’s outstanding work and I got the car back much sooner than expected.

Do Not Put This Gunn to Your Head (This concerns the service department) My experience with Gunn Acura’s service department was awful from start to finish, ruining my day, wasting my money, and not fixing any of my issues. Here’s why: 1. Incompetent Shuttle Service I brought my vehicle in to fix an AC issue, but the experience started on a confusing note.
