Best service ever! Always have wonderful service here when I take in my 2018 Acura for service. This time was no exception.. Josh was amazing and kept in touch with me through the whole time I was there. He was Very knowledge and helpful. Can’t recommend Gunn Acura enough!
Treated well The service staff must be good people or at least trained well to listen and make customers happy. Sometimes cost seems higher tan I might get elsewhere, but the waiting area is comfortable, has beverages and snacks, and TV and newspapers--even a shuttle to a nearby restaurant.
WOW! Service has changed for the better. As you arrive, you are greeted and given immediate attention. Work completed accurately. Paperwork checked for accuracy. All done within a reasonable timeframe. Vroom! Your outta there.
Best in the business My 2012 Acura needed some maintenance and my service representative met me on the service lane to get my information as soon as I arrived! That service and texting me also letting me know the status and suggestions on service issues and needing attention.
Organized and Professional Organized and professional staff. They kept us informed about the status of the service and the car was ready when promised. On the downside, there were not any loaner cars available for my service visit. I was informed that there were only ten loaners in the fleet that was once seventy vehicles. This is very disappointing, because I expect a loaner car with any premium make. I always got a loaner car with my Mercedes, Infiniti, and Lincoln vehicles. Love dealing with Gunn Great customer service. Everyone there is always so pleasant and always ready to provide any needed info . Carla, the service rep, was so attentive during visit. A pleasure to deal with.
Longe drive was worth it Great buying experience, thanks to Peter for putting up with my endless texts . Paul went above and beyond, up front and honest sales representative. In the end I drove off the lot with a new Acura Integra with payments of $ 6.00 more then than my trade. Pretty deal !
Wonderful Service Once Again!! Jose did a great job making sure I was taking care of. He kept me informed during the inspection process and answered all of my questions.
