My overall experience with Gunn Acura was customer service focused, solution driven and results oriented. Service Rep Declan continued to provide us with outstanding customer service and care throughout our recent visit. We will never take our vehicle to another dealership. Declan always handles our intake and stays on top of any service we’re having done. A few months ago, we heard a slight ticking sound in our engine. Called and made an appointment for next day. Brought it in. Spent about two hours at the dealership and found out there were metal shavings in our motor oil. Had to replace entire engine at 60k miles. I live in Uvalde and on the way to SA I was wondering if I should continue to purchase autos in SA that require dealer services, but my attendant was very thoughtful. He was not pushy, thoroughly explained the service, and offered to have my headlights cleaned without an added fee. Because if this added gesture I rethought my future purchasing options and perhaps driving in to SA for regular maintenance is not that bad.

Just great honest salesman and staff. Really took the time to explain every option on the car and did not feel pressured at all. Felt very comfortable with Mr. D’Souza. He was so knowledgeable on all the features of our Integra.
