I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla. In 2017 the paint started failing on the roof. I brought it back to the dealer to ask about it and they told me they don't deal with paint. It was pealing and flaking off so bad it was embarrassing to drive and was evident if something was not done it would be bare metal. I took it to a body shop and had it painted. Stay away from the Connect services trial! They are so deceptive about these Connect services it's unreal. We purchased our car at the end of our lease and received a free trial of their Connect services, which I promptly forgot all about. I had work done on my teeth at the beginning of the month and haven't been keeping track of our bank/credit card purchases for the last few weeks until recently. Marietta Toyota in Marietta, GA is the worst. Stay far away from this place!!! Read /the Yelp reviews. Those are the real ones. Victor M****** is as sketchy as they come. He doesn't like to be called out either. I told him he was a liar and he told me not to call him that and that he, "didn't even know me". He shouldn't go around spouting off lies. I purchased my 2003 Toyota Tundra back in 2015. I found out there was a frame recall due to rusty frames caused by a third-party vendor Toyota hired that made cheap frames for them but after proving my VIN number I was told my truck had already been involved with a recall of the frame and was not needed any further work. This year with only 144,000 miles on it failed state inspection due to rusty frame holes. 2018 tacoma. Fails inspection from steering rack leak. They tell me how the motor has to come out. I call BS. They still quote almost $2k to replace. It has probably been a slow leak for years with no safety concern and now that warranty is out, now it's a problem. Toyota customer care did nothing. Completely useless. I could give them zero stars but there's no way to properly review their services. No survey for me. I had to call 6 times for a total of over 2 hours before they contacted the dealer. 2013 toyota tacoma double cab bright white 040 and my paint is peeling in multiple places under the hood, inside of door trims, and around the door windows. There needs to be a recall/warranty to fix this issue as its clearly a defect and manufacture problem as its happening to thousands of other tacoma owners that own white trucks and its happening in all the same areas.

I'm not surprised that everyone who works at Toyota is slimy, why should that surprise anyone? But I'm upset that I got taken advantage of by Veer S**** and Robert T******* at the Fremont dealership. After speaking to another Canadian tech friend who financed a new vehicle through the same dealership, only with Canadian credit, I got scammed with a predatory financing rate of 22% on my vehicle. We purchased a new 2020 Toyota Rav 4 in 2020- Moldings and spoiler melting. Per Toyota its environmental and vehicle should be kept in the garage. Toyota refuses to fix the issue. Per the Forums online this is a known issue with numerous Rav 4's being affected by the same issue.
