I am a loyal Toyota owner of long-standing (2002 Sequoia, 2000 Tundra, 2003 Tundra) and I have loved them all and boasted about how easy they are to own. However, I recently encountered an issue with Toyota that was both unexpected and very disappointing. When my son wanted a college vehicle he picked out a 4runner and his father and I thought he couldn't go wrong. My Wife and I bought a 2020 Corolla recently, we were told that it came with android auto but it didn't. Now she had to pay off her phone and get am iPhone so she can use all the features of the radio. Also when we tried to register the vehicle in order to use the Toyota app, we were told to send a copy of the bill of sell, which we did and that the process will take a few hours, well it didn't. I have a Toyota Tacoma with super bright white paint/blizzard white paint. A couple years I noticed it was flaking. I purchase touch up paint at the local dealership. It didn't adhere and just ran off. Now two years later it has progressed to the hood and my truck looks terrible. I take great care of my truck. So I went to the two dealerships because Toyota had a service program to repaint several models that are experiencing the issue. However my model is not one listed even it is a known issue. I have a melting and cracked dashboard in my Toyota Camry with mileage only 45500. I keep it in the garage due to my transplant operation. Now, I have recovered from the operation and found the problem. The melting dashboard poses a serious safety hazard to my health particularly I am a disabled retiree. I also notice an unpleasant, chemical-like smell in the inside of my car when I drive to the hospital. This is an issue with a 1998 Toyota Tacoma rusted frame warranty and ***** Toyota of *********** lack of Professionalism on this known subject or Class Action Lawsuit. They seem to have all the excuses why this problem was never detected after countless invoices ranging from 2008-2017. Lexus quality of vehicle. Had $8,000 of multiple unrelated issues on a vehicle with only 65,000 miles. What sort of quality is this? It's not. I know a Mercedes mechanic who told me that even there, don't see this bad very often. The day of Lexus quality is over!

I was sold a scheduled maintenance plan that covered all scheduled maintenance. So I was flabbergasted to be charged over $700.00 for a tune-up of "dealer recommended service.

I helped my mother purchase a new 2021 Corolla Toyota Hatchback SE as my father passed away earlier in the year. The car had temporary plastic dealer branded license plates attached to it via screws. I assumed these were attached with standard machine screws that were inserted into internally threaded holes, as found on my 2005 Toyota Matrix. Lexus Financial Services is a criminal enterprise. Without my authority they took money out of my bank account despite the fact ACH authorization was cancelled. They refused to return my money after numerous request made to CEO Mark Templin. both civil and criminal legal actions are pending.
