I've been getting the runaround for 3 weeks and I'm over it. I spend $45K on a brand new XLE Premium Sienna last year and the place that I have spent $600 on a windshield is taking better care of me. This is not the quality or service I was led to believe a Toyota offered. They are not standing by your product! They won't even send a rep to look at a factory defect on my car with 12K miles on it! They are claiming 3rd party damage from the windshield (they don't do windshields), but again, they haven't seen it. When is the l... read more

I loved Toyota products - they were all I would buy and recommend - until I was almost killed due to malfunction in acceleration. This happened 3 times and the last time I was almost killed until an oncoming truck veered out of the way. My engine was cold -- I stopped at the end of a business parking lot to enter traffic. My foot was on the brake -- the engine accelerated to maximum RPM. I could not hold the car back no matter how hard I pushed on the brake. I put the car in neutral and that did not stop the car. So I then b... read more

I was and I am a happy owner of 2 toyotas. First is 1999 Corolla and second is 2007 Tundra. Toyota is the best car ever. Long term standing, very reliable. I also had Chevrolet which is total disaster. Chevrolet is the same bad thing as Dodge. Just by the way of comparison Toyota is the best. Apart from good cars, Toyota shows real respect to it's customers. When I had a question, I called Toyota and wrote them email. The response was very quick and prompt. Again, unlike Chevrolet. When I owned Chevrolet, dealer and manufact... read more

Purchased new 2021 Camry XSE in late December 2020. I ran my new car through our local car wash and was very suprised when all of the front collision sensors starting alarming visually with audiable alarms. On my next visit to the car wash I disabled all of the collision safety features, but once again all of the front collision sensors alarmed when the car was in neutral, still running and being pushed through the car wash. I contacted the dealer service department, but they had no idea how to disable the front collision se... read more

I bought a 2018 Toyota Carolla IM. At 32000 miles the head casting cracked and blow the motor...all while sitting in my garage! With all the smoke, good thing my house didn't burn down! Toyota's are not what they used to be! Company wouldn't help me get out from under the thing! Hey, they fixed it! How reliable is it! Flagged on car fax! What about the sensors and the converter, the oil in the antifreeze , piston rings rusting! They wouldn't do anything for me( nothing)! So, I took a big hit and traded it for a new Chevy! I ... read more

I have a certified Lexus IS 250 F sport and am trying to get Lexus to honor my certified warranty. I have been running in circles on the phone for 6 days calling everyone under the sun. I constantly get transferred and pushed to the next person that I am assured will resolve my problem. I also own a Kia and have used my 10 year 100,000 mile warranty a couple times and have had no issues. I am telling everyone to get away from Lexus and buy a Kia. I want Lexus to reach out and help me resolve this issue there is no reason I s... read more

GX460 Disappointment I purchased a used 2014 GX460 with <65K Miles. There were a lot of decent reviews and the fact that this vehicle is related to the land Cruiser 150 ***** sold me. Just took it into the local Lexus dealer, dropped $1,300 on maintenance (71,500 Miles) and found out that the cam tower and front timing cover were leaking oil. So with an outrageous estimate to repair this issue of $4,650 I called Lexus USA. The vehicle was just out of warranty for mileage and time; however this is a premium brand and expecte... read more

I have purchased 2 Toyotas - a 2017 Highlander and a 2019 Camry. Both have fuel pump issues that are serious safety concerns with no current remedy. In addition, my 2019 Camry has 14,600 miles on it and 2 bald front tires. According to the documentation in the vehicle, the tires are 36,000 mile tires. I've contacted Toyota and they said they would get back with me. Only after reaching back out days after the initial call was made, did they tell me that they would not cover the tires. Customer Service was argumentative and co... read more
