Recommendedgriddy is amazing and i love how cheap my electricity has been for the past 7 months. had a little hick up in August due to it being so hot outside.. but other than that, my bill has been $100 or lower every month which is way better than before.
Closed Mondays! Customer service is already difficult to reach. I honestly just do not like their customer service. Takes forever to reach someone

My electric bills are considerably cheaper now since making the switch to Griddy. While you do have to watch out for the occasional price spike in the Texas electric market, Griddy gives you all the tools to help you make an informed decision about reducing your usage during those blips or even automation your home to reduce usage when the rate is momentarily high. Being charged market rates truly does save some cash. Sure we might have hiccup like in August...but overall I am way ahead compared to my old company. Love you guy and keep up the great work!
Been using Griddy since July. Love the transparency. Love the low pricing. Bit of a problem for us in August (bill was huge), but we are on track to recoup the costs associated with that fiasco in terms of month to month savings. What happened in August should not be a normal occurrence. Since them we've set up home automation that shuts off high draw devices when the price spikes and we save a little more than your average Griddy user.
