If you live in Texas I recommend Griddy for electricity. Before brought my power bill from $200 a month to $100 a month. They give you access to the power market which other power companies buy from and sell to you at a higher price. Sure you will be exposed to price spikes, but you can reduce your power usage during spikes (which is should happen in a free market anyway). Even if you don't reduce power usage during spikes, the average monthly cost will still be lower.
Complete lies on saving money. Maybe if you lived in a climate that was never hot or cold.
Stop alluring folks into your scam and then charging exorbitant high rates. After only a few days Greedy Griddy increased by 10,000% what I had been paying. I am not making this up. I had been paying approximately .09 cents per kWh...Griddy started charging me $9.00 per kWh. That is 100 times or 10,000% increase. Griddy was charging me more every few hours than I had been paying per month.
