criminal 450 dollar application process... if you take over 72 hours to back out of the process they keep your money. Super frustrating for when you have a family emergency and didn't realize that was part of their rules.

new apartment We recently moved to Greystone Pointe. The timing was perfect to exit old complex while awaiting completion of new. The entire staff have been wonderful, polite, courteous, and helpful. The morning view is gorgeous, the upkeep immaculate and the neighbors are friendly.
Best Place in Knoxville for Apartment Living! This apartment complex is stars above the others! I looked at many before making the decision to move here, and am so glad I did! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained; the staff in the office is extremely professional and very responsive; they take security for their residents very seriously AND some units have garages! Home Sweet Home Top notch luxury homes not your typical apartment moved here in August from LongIsland from the first phone call to Melissa to present not fair to name just one person but ALL the staff at Greystone Pointe made me feel welcomed! Great friendly safe community top amenities ,spacious , great views close to everything. If your thinking about renting this is the place to be! Tim
Greystone Pointe is TOP NOTCH! We relocated to Knoxvolle in December and Greystone Pointe has been so wonderful for our family! The community is super friendly and the staff is fabulous. Super helpful and get a to know each of their residences. Bonus! Our son loves the delicious cookies they have put out daily! We absolutely love it here. ??
Fantastic New Homes in West Knox My wife and I moved in November of 2018 and it has been so great. We’ve both lived in several different apartments and this is by far the best community we’ve lived in. Staff and amenities are awesome. The gym is way better than most apartment gyms and they have great activities throughout the year. Definitely recommend it!
Great Staff and Accomodations This is our in-between home as we are in the process of building a home. This is my first time ever living in an apartment complex. I opted for the these apartments to begin with based on the fact they are new. Best apartment I’ve lived at greystone for 2 months now and it has been an amazing experience that has been the best since I’ve lived in knoxville.
Peaceful We have lived in Knoxville almost 2 years now and our first apartment experience was awful! When we found Greystone Pointe we were over-joyed and didn’t know anything this great existed in the Knox area! The homes are beautiful inside and out, the community is quiet and very well kept up, and the amenities are over flowing!
