Verified Renter Greystone Pointe has some of the best amenities of any apartment complex I have ever lived or visited. The staff is incredibly helpful, the residents are kind and care for the property, and the apartments themselves are incredibly spacious! I would highly recommend!

Verified Renter I love it here. I know now the reason the wait list is so long. People move in and they don’t move out. Everything is above my expectations. All the neighbors in my building are very nice also. Almost everyone you pass on the sidewalks speaks. I believe I am the only person here without a pet. I love only being minutes from my family and Turkey Creek. Marley and everyone in the offices are very helpful. Looking forward to better weather food trucks and smiling faces at the pool.

Verified Renter This is a fantastic place to live. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spacious and feels like home. I like that it is gated and it feels safe and secure at night. I plan to stay for a very long time.

Verified Renter This is by far the nicest apartment my wife and I have ever lived in. With housing issues being what they are in Knoxville we’re more or less required to rent, but the staff and property at Greystone make it more than bearable. We could comfortably stay here for a long long time.

The floorplan of the apartment is the best I've ever seen with plenty of space and an INCREDIBLE amount of storage space - something I've felt other apartments have lacked! The community is kept super clean and I always feel really safe. The amenities go above and beyond, and the rent is reasonable. Couldn't be happier with living here!

This is home! I moved to Greystone Pointe in September 2019 after an exhaustive search of nearly every apartment community in West Knoxville. I found “home” at Greystone Pointe. I feel so safe with the gated entrance and exit, intrusion alarm and double deadbolt locks. The community is beautifully maintained and I wake up to sunrise views of the mountains and take evening walks to let my dog play at the brand new, spacious dog park.
