Verified Renter Everyone and everything has been great so far! Traffic to Knoxville isn't ideal but it's worth it. The units are so clean and modern. Love the floor plans.

Verified Renter Ever since I moved in here it’s been great maintained, is always well kept up with, and noise is hardly ever an issue and staff is all amazing I can’t say I have any complaints if you are thinking about moving here do it you won’t regret it!

Verified Renter Greystone Pointe has such nice amenities and is so nicely maintained. The environment is so friendly and neighborly as well. The staff is so helpful and always wanting to make the living space the best for each resident.

Verified Renter I’ve lived at Greystone Pointe for four years now and have very much enjoyed living in this community. I especially love the community garden and the pool area. I appreciate how the community management has consistently worked to improve the amenity areas as well, and how they take residents’ ideas/suggestions into consideration. The community events are great. It may be greedy but I would love to see more of these! Cost increases are my family’s only concern with staying at GP.

Verified Renter The apartments are nice. We rarely hear any outside noise in our home. I love that there are multiple pet waste receptacles around the entire property with extra waste bags to use. Maintenance requests are usually fulfilled within 24 hours. The gym is always clean, which is nice as well. Overall I would recommend to live here.

Verified Renter We love Greystone Pointe! The community is wonderful! The community is wonderful due to the entire staff. Our community is well kept and if you have a issue arise, it’s taken care of promptly. The apartments are well appointed and roomy. This August will mark our four year anniversary living here.
