Verified Renter I have enjoyed living here except for the fact that the gates seem to never be closed. I feel like a pay a lot of money to live in a gated community and I am not getting that which is disappointing. There also hasn’t been any communication from staff stating when these problems will be fixed.

Verified Renter My husband love living at Greystone Pointe. We have been here 3.5 years and consider this our last (hopefully) home. The place is beautiful and maintained immaculately. The first time my grandson came here he said, “Wow, this place looks like rich people live here.” It truly is that beautiful. Plus, the staff is amazing.

Verified Renter Great Place. It is very peaceful here. Greystone Pointe has a lot of amenities for the residents. It is also very beautiful community. It is conveniently located near Turkey Creek shopping area and also located near two schools - Farragut and Hardin Valley.
