Beautiful brand new homes! My wife and I just recently relocated to Knoxville,TN from Jacksonville,FL and Andrea was amazing she went way above to make the move in process smooth and painless especially since we were in another state. Great family oriented location and beautiful views We love this property. The management office is extremely friendly and has always answered all of our concerns quickly while making us feel welcome. This was the best choice we could have possibly made for our new home. The views are amazing and the apartments are priced well for the high end trim provided.
The Best Honestly, this is the BEST apartment that I've ever lived in. The builders made them sturdy with high quality materials and it looks like the finishes you'd find in a high end home. Our staff here is kind, responsive, and proactive. Maintenance is professional. The grounds are well taken care of. My husband and I love the amenities. I'm in their gym 5 days a week. This place is worth every dime.
Spacious living in a friendly community We are so happy we chose Greystone Pointe as our home in Knoxville! Our apartment is very spacious, with huge bedrooms and closets, an open floor plan, and brand new, tasteful finishes. Our 2nd floor home also has the most gorgeous sunrise views and feels so quiet and private, which you wouldn't expect from an apartment community. Top notch staff and complex Wow I was impressed today! Both office staff greeted me and were so excited to show me around. Then the apartments - wow! Nothing compares. Definately nicest I’ve seen. Had to do a review to let people know how nice this place is. I’m moving in on May 16 and can’t wait!!
Such Rude Staff Possibly the worst front office experience I have had. I inquired about a three bedroom, and even went to see it and told them I wanted to proceed. I never received a single follow up call from their staff even when promised calls at specific times. Then when I did finally speak to them about next steps and asked for consideration on a past deposit was told NO and quoted policy and said they would not do anything to honor the $300 I paid them just a few months prior.
