Verified Renter This is by far the nicest apartment my wife and I have ever lived in. With housing issues being what they are in Knoxville we’re more or less required to rent, but the staff and property at Greystone make it more than bearable. We could comfortably stay here for a long long time.

Verified Renter Been living here nearly 3 years and I still love everything about this community. The management and maintenance teams are top notch, amenities are excellent, location is great, the grounds are gorgeous, and the neighbors are all so wonderful.

The floorplan of the apartment is the best I've ever seen with plenty of space and an INCREDIBLE amount of storage space - something I've felt other apartments have lacked! The community is kept super clean and I always feel really safe. The amenities go above and beyond, and the rent is reasonable. Couldn't be happier with living here!

This is home! I moved to Greystone Pointe in September 2019 after an exhaustive search of nearly every apartment community in West Knoxville. I found “home” at Greystone Pointe. I feel so safe with the gated entrance and exit, intrusion alarm and double deadbolt locks. The community is beautifully maintained and I wake up to sunrise views of the mountains and take evening walks to let my dog play at the brand new, spacious dog park. criminal 450 dollar application process... if you take over 72 hours to back out of the process they keep your money. Super frustrating for when you have a family emergency and didn't realize that was part of their rules.

new apartment We recently moved to Greystone Pointe. The timing was perfect to exit old complex while awaiting completion of new. The entire staff have been wonderful, polite, courteous, and helpful. The morning view is gorgeous, the upkeep immaculate and the neighbors are friendly.
Best Place in Knoxville for Apartment Living! This apartment complex is stars above the others! I looked at many before making the decision to move here, and am so glad I did! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained; the staff in the office is extremely professional and very responsive; they take security for their residents very seriously AND some units have garages! Home Sweet Home Top notch luxury homes not your typical apartment moved here in August from LongIsland from the first phone call to Melissa to present not fair to name just one person but ALL the staff at Greystone Pointe made me feel welcomed!
