Top notch staff and complex Wow I was impressed today! Both office staff greeted me and were so excited to show me around. Then the apartments - wow! Nothing compares. Definately nicest I’ve seen. Had to do a review to let people know how nice this place is. I’m moving in on May 16 and can’t wait!!
Such Rude Staff Possibly the worst front office experience I have had. I inquired about a three bedroom, and even went to see it and told them I wanted to proceed. I never received a single follow up call from their staff even when promised calls at specific times. Then when I did finally speak to them about next steps and asked for consideration on a past deposit was told NO and quoted policy and said they would not do anything to honor the $300 I paid them just a few months prior.
