DO NOT RENT from this company!!! Waited over an hour for the shuttle, even after calling 3 times & being told they're 10 minutes away. Then they didn't have the car we reserved and THEN wanted to charge a $2,000 dep. even though we had our own full insurance. We refused and went back to the airport and reserved with another company.

They’ve charged me almost 2k for a $239 rental. First you have to purchase their insurance. It didn’t cover a cracked windshield. I keep getting charges to my credit card. No explanation, no email, won’t return my calls, etc. FRAUD They need to be investigated

Horrible service and company, this company should be closed by the ***********.Called the company when we arrived as instructed by the representative to wait for the shuttle.Shuttle arrived an hour after I called (they only have one), it was already full.Told to wait for the next shuttle, waited for another hour it never came.we ended up going into the airport and renting from Budget and got a car within 20 min.

This Hass to be the worst rental company I’ve ever been to. I’ve traveled for 30 years they do a switch invade they charge you $2000 deposit. You have to bring your full insurance so that they can see all the amounts of liability you have in here they’re really aloof and they don’t care.

Waited 1 hr and 31 minute for the so called shuttle “minivan”. To give us a broken down GMC Core that someone has previously returned earlier than their returned date ( how do I know, they left their important documents in the car and I contacted them). The car had the engine light on and every time we would press the gas the car would not drive I had driven already 2 hrs and so away and they wanted me to drive it back since they didn’t wanted to drop one off to us. This was horrible I am on vacation and I waited an hour and a half for the shuttle to get us we finally got the car after so long the service was really rude this is unbelievable but after we started driving back to our hotel my father got pulled over by a police officer because the car we rented was not registered we got back to our hotel on a warning and called the company they did not care even a little they said we will call you when we can get you a new car so we waited we went to the beach after the beach they didn’t c... read more

TERRIBLE! BOOKED THROUGH PRICELINE. ADVERTISED AS AT THE AIRPORT, WAITED FOR 15 MINUTES, NOTHING, I CALLED THE OFFICE DIRECT. THE DRIVER ARRIVED IN A CONCERNING MINIVAN, SOUNDED LIKE A BALL BEARING WAS BUSTED, COULDNT COMMUNICATE WHERE WE WERE HEADING, NOTIFICATIONS ON VEHICLE THAT IT WAS IN NEED OF REPAIR. They require the declaration page of your car insurance in order to pick the car up, which is a PITA. No other car rental company I've dealt with has ever asked for this. I did take a pic of my proof of insurance, which I don't even usually do because again I've never been asked for it. I rented a car to be picked up AT THE AIRPORT. Their site isn't even at the airport!! It's 10 minutes away! You have to stand out in the weather and wait for their shuttle. Unfortunately zero is not a rating option. DO NOT rent from this company! They WILL scam you! I got cheated from them and unable to get a refund. They are not located at the airport. They will not accept your personal insurance unless you have $500,000 in liability coverage. They will force you to buy theirs at $200. They told me if I smoke in the car, there will be a $400 charge. They gave me a smoke smelling car which I didnt accept. I asked for another and they said they didnt have another to give.
