Nothing! We arranged this through Expedia (shame on Expedia for dealing with Greenmotion). There was no pickup at Tampa Airport as arranged, and no answer to phone calls. We had to turn elsewhere for a rental car. We asked Expedia for a refund and were referred to Greenmotion, who, once again, did nothing. Please avoid.
The worst experience I have ever had! DO NOT USE THEM.
IF I could put 0 stars, I would! I bundled this car with my flight through priceline. I waited for an hour at the airport for them to pick us up. We get there, no one was in office. After 20 minutes, I was asked to prove I had 300k collision coverage with my own car insurance. When I couldn't, they would not give me a car. I was stranded and had to go back to airport and pay $500 with another rental company. AVOID THIS PLACE. PRICELINE SHOULD NOT PARTNER WITH THEM!
Awful experience. They quote you at a rate then require you to pay for insurance to have 300k liability insurance. Complete scam. The person helping was rude and the location is not clean.

Worst car rental experience ever. Got stuck with this horrible company through a Priceline “flight and car” combo. Seemed normal when booking, then arrived in Tampa. Had to take a shuttle offsite to Green Motion. The driver had his phone in his hand and talking a foreign language the entire trip to the rental facility. We arrive at the facility, and have to drag our luggage up one stair into a smaller empty room, then walk through that room up another few stairs into the rental office. How can the city of Tampa allow a company like this to exist. Many bad comments and know one doing anything about it .Shameful.
They are scammers. They quote you at a rate then require you to pay for insurance. What a scam. This place is a joke and the person helping was rude.
There scammers! You have to Buy there insurance wether you have full coverage or not and there are no shuttles like promised in the Morning! I had to pay $40 for a 10 minute ride to the airport because no one was there at 6am as promised! Car was dirty ok the inside only cleaned on the outside… I almost missed my flight and im not from Florida so I had to google a random taxi service- never again
