Rented through Priceline as a bundle flight/rental charged extra $124.00 for insurance or else could not rent the vehicle never had this before with rentals. After my trip called my credit card company to dispute the charge which mind you comes up on my statement as Tampa roads and Bridges not even Green Motion Rental.Scam they should be shut down!!!

Is zero stars an option? I used Economy Bookings (which I will NEVER do again) to reserve a vehicle from this fly-by-night, rip-off joint. I reiterate what ************ says below: "Once transported to location far from anything, told that I needed $300,000.00 property damage insurance or I couldn't take the car". On Travelocity this car rental company is listed as on site - at TPA. They are a 7 minute drive from TPA. We called for the free shuttle and it arrived promptly. We were asked for car insurance and since we did not have $300,000 liability coverage they insisted we buy it @$124. They also wanted to put a hold of $2,000 on my credit card for damages. My first car I rented from them had an expired tag that got me pulled over by HCSO then they exchanged the car and gave me one where the day after I picked it up had a completely dead battery. When I called and explained this they hung up on me and stopped taking my calls. You would literally be better off walking than trying to rent a car here.

My story follows the others. Waited at airport for 45 minutes for van to pick up and transport to rental car location. Once transported to location far from anything, told that I needed $300,000.00 property damage insurance or I couldn't take the car. After contacting my insurance company by phone and speaking on speaker, the business said that FL required that amount and that there was not an option. Green Motion is a joke!! Took an hour to get picked up and taken to the off site rental place. Then my insurance wasnt good enough. There are only a hand full of insurance companies they accredit so the initial savings was blown out the window. I wish I had read the reviews first. The additional insurance they made me take out was additionally twice the cost of the car rental. READ REVIEWS!!!

Do not rent from this company!! Flight was delayed and tried to get car next day and they said it was canceled, ok fine. But they would not refund my money! They kept my money without giving me a car i rented. Do not rent from them! Scam

Please dont rent from here. It took them over an hour to pick us up from the airport. When we called they said a van comes every 10 minutes. It did not. We were not the only people waiting. All phones calls were answered and then hung up when we told them what we needed. Save yourself the hassle and rent from somewhere else.

Maybe emailing every day will help. Green Motion is horrible. I never received a car, no refund, no credit, left on the curb, the shuttle was late over 1 hour, the reservation was canceled because of flight delay and late shuttle, they charge extra insurance that no other rental place does, they said internet was down and left multiple people without cars, they closed doors on couple that Ubered because shuttle never showed up, and all of this happened on Friday night of March 29th within a matter of hours.
