Absolutely horrible company! I called number provided and got message in Spanish and voice-mail box was full! I had to book car last minute and now Travelocity who I booked green motion through refuses to cover any of fees I had to pay last minute at airport for another vehicle! Disgusted!!

The worst business ever. They go by 2 names Greenmotion & Carngo. They are a fraudulent company. We prepaid for our rental & stood in the rain for hours at Tampa Airport car rental. They say there is a shuttle. No shuttle no one answers phone. They are a scam & should be taken to task. I've been calling for 2 days with no success to even talk to someone. The manager, supposedly, will be in between 12-4pm. There was 10 other people waiting as well. If I'd had known that Carngo was part of GreenMotion I would have never rented... read more

We went to pick up our car and no one was there. We had to keep calling etc until they showed up with a major attitude. They told us we also had to pay for charges for the tolls. $200. Good to know. They took a $500 deposit and said we would get that back in 7-10 days after we returned the car. We paid it on Aug 28th and it's now October 7. When you call, they rarely answer. When I finally got through, they told me to call between 12-4 and ask for the Administration. I call and call and leave messages. I finally reached them... read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I was unaware the business wasnt located at the airport and the number they provided was overseas and had been disconnected. We found a number when we googled the business then had to wait for a guy in a gold minivan who did not speak English to pick us up and drive us 10 min away to their location. I was told I had to put $1000 deposit on my credit card or pay them a daily fee to lower the deposit to $500, which I did because I suspected I would have to fight to get my deposit back. I rented a car from August 9-14, 2022. The experience was bad from the start. My husband and I did not know we had to contact them to pick us up from the airport. We must have waited more than a half hour. Then we were charged more fees even though we paid through a package deal from Priceline. We paid a $200 insurance deposit that we were suppose to get back with 5-15 days after returning the car. I have yet to receive my money. We landed in Tampa ** and went to be picked up to take us to the rental store. There was no shuttle, as advertised. A (possibly) teen showed up in an unmarked minivan, assuming it was his Moms van. He BARELY spoke English. He talked on his phone (texting) while he was driving us. He crossed multiple lanes of traffic with no signal in the roundabout outside the airport. I would give 0 stars if I could.Not located at airport as advertised.You must have your full insurance policy to avoid their insurance fees and they only accept certain insurance companies.$75 senior driver fee They have Sunpass in the car which they charge $10 a day for, cannot be removed.They dont accept Accept American Express.I rented this from Priceline who did not inform me of any of the above.

I returned my rental damage free with proof of this on September 5th, 2022. I've still yet to receive an email or been refunded my 200 deposit for vehicle. I've tried calling and no answer and it says they are open during hours I've called. I will be filing a police report for fraud unless I am refunded my 200 to my credit card asap! This place working with tampa airport makes Tampa look very bad.

They ar a scam and rip off. Beware they are not licated in tbe airport!!!!!you need adfional transportation to get there. Would not refund money when i told them i rented because it states they ar in the airport
