NEVER AGAIN. We have rented dozens of vehicles in Florida over the last 10 years and we were shocked by the deceptive acts and unfair practices used by Green Motion located at 4502 W Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. We booked a car for 11 days for $513 and we never got the car and never got our money back. Instead, Green Motion claimed that our insurance wasn’t good enough for them and we needed to buy their insurance. Zero stars!! Please shut this business down! They are scammers!!! I waited over a hour for the shuttle which we had to call for pick up (that was not disclosed) it was not big enough to take the 10 people waiting so others were left behind. By the time we arrived they told me that I missed a 2 hour window for pick up?? Again, not disclosed and that my rental was cancelled (unbeknownst to me, never got an email/call), they then rented that car out to someone else and basically double dipped making 2 purchases off of one vehic... read more

I would give minus 15 stars if I could. I am having the same experience as the people below, and I wish I had seen the reviews before I rented a car from this fraudulent company. No one should do business with Greenmotion, and I wouldn't have if Expedia hadn't offered them. I declined buying extra insurance after providing proof of my own insurance, so they said they had to put a $1000 hold on my credit card. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with this fraudulent company. On 10/13/22 I attempted to pick up a rental car that I reserved, only to find out there’s no shuttle service!! Ok… This company states there is but they aren’t allowed to conduct any business at Tampa International Airport as far as picking up or dropping off customers!! I have proof of this from the airport themselves. I was verbally told and I received an email from the transportation department. Long story short. WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!Upon my arrival for my 10:30 reservation no one was at the counter, waited over 15 minutes after a young man told me the manager was on her way from her home. She came in with lunch and didn't acknowledge myself or the other couple waiting. Very rude and seemed inconvenienced to be there. She asked for reservation and i provided.
