This place needs to shut down. They are deceiving about everything. They prices listed online are not what they charge you once they get you to the office. The insurance requirements are outrageous. And because we got there to return our car 20 minutes before they opened, their employee took pictures at 6:39 am when they open at 7am. They charged my credit card two weeks later for $30 because of this. Nothing but a bunch of CROOKS!!!!!!!!

Should have read the reviews first. This place needs to be shut down for improper business practices. I booked a car rental through Priceline.com and also purchased insurance through Priceline. Otis misleading because the rental site IS NOT at Tampa International Airport. Once i get there, they said I needed insurance coverage of 300,000. My personal auto policy is at that level but they required proof. After it was all said and done I paid $152 for their forced insurance and they required a $200 deposit. Greenmotion took 20,900 of my earned flight rewards. This is equivalent to spending 20,900 dollars on my AAdvantage credit card. They did not pick us up at the airport to retrieve the rental car and did not answer their help phone number. My husband and I were left stranded at the airport. I believe this company should not be in business.

Do yourself a favor, pay the extra few bucks to rent on airport property from a REPUTABLE company. This place is a scam. The “shuttle service” is beyond unreliable. Figured maybe we just hit it wrong and waited almost an hour on the way to pick up the car - nope- we waited another half hour once we returned the car to get a ride to the airport. Give yourself time if you do use this place. It’s 13 minutes to the airport. Off site and you must take an additional shuttle train to wait curbside. One driver makes all the airport ... read more

First of all it is deceiving when you book as it makes it seem that the car is at the airport which it is not. We waited more than an hour after calling green motion twice to see where our shuttle was to take us to the car. Then when we went to pay which I had actually already paid on line 190.00 the guy proceeded to tell us that they charge an insurance fee and a hold on our credit card plus toll charges . We had booked this place on-line through Booking.com. We paid in advance for the car and went to the pickup area. After 90 minutes of waiting and calling them (no answer) we realized they were never coming. There were at least 8-10 others waiting with us who had booked and also paid online though other companies. I called them at least 20x. We had to pay extra for a last-minute care somewhere else. This was without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever been subjected to. Zero customer service, misleading and unethical practices, and more importantly zero empathy or care for the customer. The only reason I gave them a 1 star is because I could not give them zero. I suggest anyone thinking of renting from this company reconsider and stick with the reputable on site services at the Tampa Airport.
