DO NOT RENT here! Thank goodness for the reviews on this BBB site exposing the many layers of scams here. It was a huge hassle to wait for a shuttle that never came, call and be told they did not have a car, insist on a pickup and have an unlabeled random sedan pick us up, see weird large signs around the office about a $2000 hold on the credit card and massive toll fees, cancel the transaction halfway through, regretting we had let them see our IDs and credit card numbers, get a ride back another 15 minutes to the airport t... read more

I would not recommend ************. The car rental cost itself is super low - but they include all these additional fees that rack up which I assume is how the company makes its money. They didnt accept my credit cards rental insurance (***** ******** Preferred - never been an issue w many other rental agencies) - so I had to pay for their super expensive insurance which more than doubled my total cost. First we were instructed to come to the green stand outside the airport and a shuttle would pick us up. Several other shuttles came, not green motion. We waited 20 minutes and called and said we can't find the green stand it says in our email and she said no, you have to call us first. Well that was not stated and they said 10 minutes someone would be there which turned into another 20 minute wait. We get there, and go take care of everything, we were using our insurance. This company should be shut down!!! Recently we bundled a car with our flight and ended up with a terrible experience. First of all, this company is about a 15 minute drive from the airport and we had requested on site pick-up. The shuttle that was supposed to be there waiting didn't come so we called and were then informed the shuttle does NOT come until you call for it. Scam. From start to finish. What a joke. Never even picked us up, called us over an hour later saying they were at the pickup point. We told them we had given up and before I could explain why or that we wanted to cancel our reservation they hung up and charged us. There isnt a rating low enough. -1 would be giving them too much credit. The BBB should shut them down.

Waited for an hour and a half for a shuttle ( we were told 7 times, its on its way) Finally took an UBER. Found out that the shuttle driver didnt show up for work. There was no shuttle.Then we were told that they REQUIRED us to purchase their insurance with a $2,000 hold on our credit card. This was not on the Priceline or KAYAK website when reserving the car. I wish there was a lower rating I could put in. Rang from airport for shuttle to be told they couldn't supply a car due to computer issues. Got hung up on over 5 times trying to organise a refund. Went into office the next day and got told there's no proof I wasn't the one to cancel.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! First let me say this company is a scam! Not only did we have to wait at the airport for the ***** to pick us up cause his advertisement makes you believe the company is on the airport property but he charges u to use his insurance.. He said u have to have ******* property damage coverage which the paper listed on the desk says collision etc nothing about property damage. Their insurance policies and charges are ridiculous. They are not disclosed prior to arriving for your rental . Hours of operation were wrong on website . Their insurance is little more than legalized extortion. Had to drop car at their empty office so I could make my flight .course I had to get my own cab ! They get that non refundable booking $ on Priceline , they got you . You will pay a lot more , and or huge deposits or you will scramble at the last minute for a rental .
