This company is 20 min from the airport. Waited 40 minutes for their shuttle in 90 degree heat. Once get to their location, after going thru all the paperwork, they advise that I can't use my own car insurance for their rental car, I have to pay for their insurance...to the tune of $322 for the week. The car rental itself was only $84. CRAPPY COMPANY! What happens when you don't read the reviews??? You get screwed! I went from paying $177 on Expedia to getting to the location and having an extra $214 added for "their insurance", then they said it was a limit of 50 miles a day or I get charged but on expedia it says unlimited miles. I paid for a midsized SUV (ex: Nissan Rogue) and got a compact. The 1st car they where going to give me had expired tags (but looked nice) the guy went to get the updated tag but decided to give me the compact SVU (Hyundai Kona)... read more

Scammed by this fraudulent business, Green Motion Tampa International Airport, is recommended by *********. I paid $500 for my car rental through Priceline. I then arrived to pick up my car rental and this fraudulent car rental company, then insisted I pay an additional $400 for their car insurance or I couldnt receive the car rental.This is absolutely unacceptable and Priceline continues to recommend this scam car rental company and refuses to refund my car rental despite having purchased trip insurance!

Took over half an hour for shuttle to pick up. Charged $2,000 as a deposit which was never refunded. Had issue with car and they never returned call or answered.

This place is not a car rental agency. It's some kind of ***** front. They don't seem to actually WANT people to rent cars... their terms & conditions are absolutely insane and they want you to know how insane they are. 100% scam/front company for something shady. Do not go here.

ABSOLUTE WORST... BUYER DON'T BUY!!!! Bait & switch tactics claiming additional insurance coverage needed THAT YOU CANNOT FIND ON ORBITZ, EXPEDIA, etc... (only when you get to the counter off airport do you learn this). My full coverage State Farm insurance plan on my 2017 F-150 was not sufficient. Also purchased my toll pass from Walgreens ($5) and then tried to register the vehicle and could not due to unpaid tolls. Unfortunately I removed the exact same toll pass and was charged $350 to replace. What a *****joke!!!! *this... read more

$25 sir charge per each toll, I paid in tolls in cash and were charged by Green Motion, 3 tolls = $5, and $75 sir charge, Total $80 for going over the Skyway bridge 2 times.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY SAY THEY ARE AT THE AIRPORT AND NOT 15 TO 20 MINUTES AWAY BY SHUTTLE. THEN WE GET THERE TO GET THE CAR. THEY WONT GIVE US THE CAR UNLESS WE PAY FOR INSURANCE THAT NO OTHER COMPANY HAS EVER EVER FORCED US TO DO. THEY ARE STEALERS. THEY SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Talk about disrespecting the customer. Guy on the phone arguing with me and basically telling me to f off. They are shutting the place down over the hurricane and having me return car early but refusing to refund me the day I won't have the car. I said then I should be able to keep it for the entire day and return it at stated time on contract, he said then we charge you an extra day. So I have to return by 8am or get charged an extra day.
