My Chrysler 200, 2011 was recalled, and we were told it was a 2 hour job, along with a simple oil change. The girl told my husband that there was a nail in the wheel and it would need replacing, because of the area. He declined and took it to Fruita Coop to fix. They didn't charge; a simple fix. GJ Chrysler kept my car 2 days and I had to cancel appointments. What does this say, they overbook, and don't care they are putting customers out. I was traveling home and still had 650 miles to go when I had a problem with my jeep. The staff made quick suggestions, helped me to create a plan for staying overnight and then managed to fit me into their packed service schedule, by asking a technician to come from back from lunch early. They were able to get a part and fix my jeep to get me back on the road safely. While I was waiting in the lounge are i met several other jeep owners, both with new or older jeeps.
