Love these people!!!! They took such great care of my truck when I had to have my airbags replaced due to a recall. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Made a trip to GJ Chrysler for routine oil change and two recalls items. Took my two "little" dogs with me who happen to be Great Danes. We were told a few hours on the phone but was under two. Zach in service department was awesome and do not remember the names of the others but everyone was awesome there from my sales person Scott H in sales back in August 2017 . Thank you for all you do

We have never received such excellent service as we did when purchasing a vehicle from Grand Junction Crystler. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of us!! Thank you so much!! We are loyal customers for life. We also have had many excellent experiences through their service dept. We take all of our vehicles there to be serviced and you should too!

I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience we had at this dealership! Mike Nixon went above and beyond to get the exact vehicle we wanted, made accomodations for our paperwork since my husband was out of town working, and even helped me get our new truck a bed cover and to the window tinting place, so it was ready for my husband to get home from work. I highly reccomend this lot ecspecially for oilfield families and their crazy schedules! Thanks guys!

Grand Junction Chrysler is the BEST dealership anywhere, the service department stands apart from any other I have ever been to. Mark Stouffer is absolutely the best, I started my car's care with Mark almost five years ago and he is the reason I will only use Grand Junction and refer them to everyone. When I upgrade, it will of course be at Grand Junction Chrysler, and because of Mark. The entire service department is helpful and friendly. Thank you for the beyond excellent service.

Home of the 4 hour plus oil change This is the place to go if you have nothing left to do Now I have a recall takes 1 hour wrong takes all day Car is parked in the street getting UV rays

Our DEF System was failing on our 3500 Truck, on way out of Town on vacation. The Service we received to Fix our Truck and get us back on the road was AMAZING!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Everyone in the service office are great to deal with, and friendly. The work preformed was ahead of schedule and they only did what was absolutely necessary, thank you for your honesty. I could not have even got in without your shuttle service, and the driver, very delightful!

Have been a customer of Grand Junction Dodge/Jeep Chrysler, bought 3 autos from them in the past 20 years. They fixed my 2500 Dodge Diesel Truck in 2015 for a water pump and fan clutch, unfortunately it failed again in 2017, of course I was on the road and had to have it repaired in Utah. They say they warranty the work for two years. Last week ha my PT Cruiser in for a failed water pump and timing chain. This job is also warrantied for 2 years. So far I am fairly satisfied with the service dept.
