Took my 2014 Jeep Cherokee to the service department for some recalls to be fixed. They were ready for me when I dropped off my car, they fixed all the recalls, and were done when they estimated they would be done. Very happy with the work they did. Love my Jeep!
Had very very bad service done there. Had to have a PCM reflash in a dodge Durango and I got the PCM from a auto salvage yard. I made sure the model was the same kind and everything was the same. I called Dodge to make sure they could do it. They told me yes no problem. I had to wait 2 week's for them to even get my car into there shop. I get a call back a few hour's after I drop it of and they said they could reflash the new PCM. Dealer was very rude. Go to Hyundai there very nice.
I had a bad experience today with Dodge. My key stopped working and couldn’t get my car in so I went to go buy a new key and walked out. Today I got my car to the shop and they didn’t let me know I had a recall on my ignition and could have gotten a key for free with the recall and instead programmed the key and then go to say we could’ve saved a lot of money on getting the recall fixed and not have had to buy a new one and now they won’t take the key since it has already been programmed.
