Well I took my 2018 Ram 1500 with 4900 miles that had brakes that squealed when you used them a few times like coming down the monument. The mechanic told Zack to have me gear down and not use the brakes as much. Only truck I have owned that the brakes squealed on. So they can't find whats wrong and it still does it. I did bring back on Saturday of that week but of course it was not doing it. Zack did what he could to get it fixed and I appreciate his effort. It will keep going back until they fix it.

They are always most helpful. My past experience with the steering/shock clunking may have been just the wrong angle at the wrong time, as it only happened twice within 3 days...and after thorough checking by the techs...they could not duplicate the issue and it has not happened in the 2 months since. I just had the oil changed and tires rotated and they did the job quickly.
