I've had two experiences with GJ Chrysler. The initial was for a steering wheel issue that was never resolved. The service advisor seemed more worried about selling me additional repairs than resolving the primary issue. This most recent, a recall notice. Again, with same service advisor he tried to sell me additional repairs. They were prompt with the service and the shuttle driver went out of her way to pick me up at the end of the day.
