I was just at Grand Junction Chrysler this last week. Just bought a Chrysler 300 from another dealership that needed 2 software recalls done. I made appointment and they got me right in. There was a slight problem that by mistake they drained the oil out of my car that was only changed a few hundred miles ago. I want to commend Zack for being totally up front with me about this and refilling with fresh semi synthetic oil. Things like this do happen . I respect Zack’s honesty and that’s why I give this dealership 5 stars.
The service department is set up so you drive your car inside, especially nice when the weather is bad. I’ve been taking my 2016 Jeep there for 3 years for maintenance and each time has been a good experience.
I’ve had my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced continually since we purchased it. My most recent service appointment was the best I’ve had . They got my car in promptly. Kaden was efficient and courteous. Waiting room was a delight to see that it’s new and clean. Providing charging ports for electronics, comfortable seating and coffee. I was very happy with the service I received.
Miguel Lancheros is the best. He made sure that everything went smooth. He did everything to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my vehicle. I would totally recommend him
Got great service again, customer lounge really nice now, they washed my Jeep, love my Jeep, it's where I go for service, my husband takes his Dodge truck there too for service
