The service department makes it extremely difficult to get warranty work done on our RAM trucks. It took calls to Chrysler Corporate to get our 2016 repaired, and we had to prove there was something wrong with it, we were told that is "just the way they are". When that was not accurate. All that took two weeks and lots of calls on our part to get it resolved.
