service is terrible. we had a Tuesday appointment. they charged us for stuff we didn't want. On this visit, we made them fix something they said wasn't broken last time we went. We didn't even know we were being charged until they texted us at 4:54, if we wouldn't of paid right then our car was basically being held hostage, they close at 5. These people are inept, shady and bad at what they do. Don't go there.
RecommendedWe had a good experience dealing with O at the dealership. No pressure, he showed us vehicles like we wanted to see. We ended up with a 3 year old Ram 1500 that we really enjoy so far.

You have been great to work with. and very accommodating. The only thing is your phones to the service center seems to be busy alot of the time and can't get through to make an appt or ask questions. I understand you all are very busy. All and all great service.
Very happy with our purchase of a used vehicle and the service department was awesome in resolving a few minor issues.
O was, again, the best salesman and worked with us through multiple options when we were not quite sure which truck we wanted. No pressure even when we came back after Thanksgiving to finish up.
I had set up an appointment with the used side to purchase a vehicle. During the weekend I had been told the vehicle was held and that I would be able to purchase the vehicle today with no problems. I was allowed to drive out to the dealership only to be told at my appointment that my vehicle had been sold the night before. I will not be recommending this business as they do not hold to their word.
All went for both my vehicles' maintenance work...nice to have positive staff greet and keep me up to date.
