I've been a customer of Grand Junction Chrysler since 1990, or so, and have had many services and repairs performed on my various Chrysler/Dodge vehicles by their service department over the years. Austin, the service manager, and Josie, my service advisor, always treat me with courtesy and respect - taking excellent care of my vehicle and me, letting me know that I am a valued customer. They have earned my repeat business!

Took a vehicle in for a recall appointment. they called and had recomended services they wanted to add. I agreed to do some. when i got there the recal work had not been done only the charged service work. made another appointment to bring it back to do the recall. they called me with recomended services. one was the service they had charged me a week earlier to do stating that the fluid was brown and needed changed! went to get it and again found out the recall had not been done. took 3 times to get a recall done.
Always a good experience. They are the only ones that have done anything to my Jeep.
