I have a 2013 Rubicon with 105,000 miles, love it. I’ve taken it in for routine service as well as a few warranty issues. I’m pleased with the GV service department. Sarah LeValley is a very knowledgeable and helpful service writer. Their Service Manager Austin has been great as well.
A person's worst nightmare - a breakdown on an out of state vacation. I'm glad it was here instead of some other area. Got me in and out quick, fixed the problem at a fair price. Only thing that could have made it better would have been cookies in the waiting area!
Not sure I will go back went to change my oil..I have an aftermarket oil catch pan they wanted an additional$50 to clean it...which the first Time I took it there they said they did clean it they had no record of doing it...then I had an air bag recall they changed twice because they had no record of the first time..I had a receipt for them doing it... not worth the money they charge
I guess it's just a fact of life that sometimes the issue you're experiencing with your vehicle cannot be replicated by the service tech--therefore, no real "repair"--just assurance that there's nothing wrong. If something had been diagnosed and resolved, I probably would give 5 stars (simply a trust issue on my part). Time will tell.
