A great team in the service department. Austin made room for me while on a 7,000 mile trip. He had his diesel mechanic check out the issue with my turbo. The team is very helpful, professional, and I just wish we had that team in California. Thanks for the great service Austin!

We took our Ram into Grand Junction for recall work. Scheduled it about two weeks in advance to work with our schedule and everything went smoothly. Mark Stauffer, a Service Advisor, answered all our questions and even called us while we were having breakfast to ask about another issue that was discovered. He had that resolved too. I have bought several new vehicles for this dealer and gets better each time. This time I went to the GM Mike Nixon and after so many deals he knew exactly what I needed and how to help. Worst Service Department I've ever dealt with. The most recent fiasco was, I had an appointment on a Thursday at 10:45 for an Airbag replacement, recall said about an hour. I called at 3:00 and left a message, at 4:55 I received a call asking if they could keep my truck overnight. I called them(!!!) Friday at 12:00 and they said it had been done for awhile, come get it. I have several other experiences of the same nature. There went two days of Vacation Time!!! Next time I'll drive to Montrose for any service
I love the customer service at the Grand Junction dealership! Seriously! Had Zack this time and he rocks, but they are all good. They seem to love their job even under the pressure of a very busy service dept.
Scott and Heather were awesome getting me into a new Dodge Journey. They are a wonderful group and I hope I will be able to have them help me again in the future. So appreciate the wonderful experience!
