Got my oil changed and tires rotated the did not even clean the tire pressure
Took my truck in for a tgurd time with having issues for a warranty problem, still not fixed, weeks without my truck, more problems after then before and original problem still there. Talked to Manager Austin and got no where besides bring it back and let us guess again. I cant drive 120 miles, drop off my only mode of transportation for a week to pick it up and it be worse off. No thank you. Stay away!!!
Jeep has been in 3 times for same thing. Each time they fix something different and still same missing problem with engine-- they don't know what to fix but I spent almost $2K on the fixes they said it needed. Now am not convinced it needed anything they did. Last trip was for same thing that they didn't get fixed plus tire sensor. They said all four tire sensors need to be replaced- didn't let them do that as I had been to two different Big O stores and their equipment says the sensors are ok and it has something wrong in t... read more
Just bought a 2017 Ram from these guys and it was possibly the easiest time I’ve had buying a vehicle. The staff was friendly and very helpful in getting me a great deal on the truck, and they were able to get the financing and paperwork done in a short amount of time. From the time I pulled into the living t to the time I drove off of it only took about 45 minutes.
The man who worked on our Jeep missed his lunch break so he could finish the job on our car. The work was done & the car runs great. Would highly recommend this dealership.
