Traveling with two Chihuahuas can be a challenge especially when you break down. Everyone at the Dodge Dealership in Grand Junction made us feel very welcome. We were able to wait in the waiting room and even allowed us to use the shuttle. Zack was sure to keep me informed of everything going on with my truck and made sure that I was comfortable as well. I really appreciated all their effort and my truck now runs great! Thank you everyone!
Service has always been done competently and satisfactorily. My last service took two days which seemed longer than needed. I was called late the second day just before the service department was going to close.
I took my '15 Ram 1500 in for a recall. The drop off service was quick and efficient and the service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He called me mid-afternoon to let me know my vehicle was ready and the inspection was complete and everything looked good. While the "computer" showed some services due or upcoming based on my mileage, the service tech never tried to talk me into anything other than the recall I brought my truck in for. I appreciate that.
Driving on I-70 from Evergreen and 100 miles east of Grand Junction my “lamp out” light began flashing and a chime alerting me to that sounded. Ok we stopped and found no lights out and continued west. Then the chimes began at about 20 x/min when my wife found GJ Chrysler and called. Zack our service man fit us in without an appointment, found the problem and got us back on the road in less than 4 hrs. And for an amazingly low cost. I may just schedule all my Ram 2500 diesel work there...
I just recently purchased a used car and I love it! O did such a good job of taking care of me. The detailers did an amazing job at detailing car to make it look brand new!

I like the fact that they are not high pressure salesman . When you tell them whst you can spend they help you reach your goal. Salesman treat women with respect.
Not only do I like the service department but the sales department is very good at what they do I came in not really thinking I needed a new truck but after talking with Vick and seeing the deal he could make me I did purchase a 2017 Dodge Ram and also my daughter was looking for a car was what was the main reason I was down there and they were able to get her into a brand new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk at a reasonable price and with her bad credit rating so I do appreciate and I will be back everything that they did
